The error message does not agree.
So after restarting the unlocked phone the sailfish os got installed. But now my sim is not recognized says no sim inserted. Att active sim.
How does one download apps like Thermal Eye also, there is really no clear instructions i see online.
The Instructions say android appsupport is downloaded in jolla but it does not, settings for android in settings are not even there.
Its so many hangups on this os. Its crazy.
Why not lineageos and android 14 or something like it?!
Its just one problem after another with this stuff isnt it?
1 of every 9 apps in the jolla store actually installed and work. Thats really bad.
And sailfish is choppy, every swipe, pressing enter everything is taking a second or more to load the selection. Thats bad. its not hardware limited. 4gb of ram will do it. But the every single gesture in the sailfish platform is slow.
I will not be buying any sort of liscence, no use for every day for certain this is a 30 percent complete os at best.
And limiting my comments the first day? real nice.
Then forget about this:
Definetly every moment feels like that when using the sailfish. So why should anyone pay to use this when it will be so painful to use it?
Like you download sailfish and you cant even use it for music out of the box because it has no pre installed music app.
This should be named hobo os.
Because its like the poverty of operating systems in the defficiency department.
You were asked and recommended what stock apps to install - and that was one of them.

Get the Music app from Jolla store, it has some official programs that are nice to have.
I wonder how much money was put towards making this piece of data, operating system. It would be truly chilling to know that actual amount.
Apple should have stopped at os 7 and it would be ahead of where it is today. WOW WOW
And android has gotten pretty bad up until 12
Sailfish is just 1-10 percent of where it needs to be.
