jolla-camera does not start and ends with core dump

PRECONDITIONS:

use a GeminiPDA x25 without extra camera module

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. tap on icon or start in a terminal: jolla-camera

EXPECTED RESULT:

possibility to take pictures

ACTUAL RESULT:

nothing but a core dump

Does not seem to happen universally. my x27, updated OTA via sfos-upgrade, starts the camera and takes pics without issue.

Yes, seems so.
Above repository (adaptation-common) needs to be enabled.

This can be checked via ssu lr.
If it is not on the list under global section follow above link …

the good: camera is working now and the adaptation-common is in the list. Fixed!

the bad: I can’t tell if it was there when it wasn’t working.

Looks like it was an EA issue (that is ok for me).
