Gbinder config reports API 29 but Android Support 30

The gbinder config reports API 29

]# cat /etc/gbinder.conf
[General]
ApiLevel = 29

but Android Support for Android 11 reports 30.

Does make sense to update it, for those have 11 instead of 10 as ASOP version?

That file is device adaptation specific, and is completely independent from Android Support.
