Is it possible to see full size notification messages so one doesn’t have to press drop-down arrow to see it?

One could possibly write a patch to do this, but per default there is no setting/function for this.

Maybe this Patch already did, what @remote wants: I assume the intention is to see the complete message text in a pop-up notification.
Anyway, this Patch need to be updated to work with recent SailfishOS releases.
