It says in the description for meecast-lockscreen that it’s only for ‘Vaarainjarvi’ release. You only need ‘Meecast Event View’, it will install the rest automatically.

Meecast-lockscreen is just a patch and it’s no needed in sfos 4, weather is shown in lock screen without meecast-lockscreen
