Worked for me to; I did:
$ devel-su sh -c 'echo kernel.yama.ptrace_scope = 0 > /etc/sysctl.d/91-opmobiili.conf'
and then (to activate without rebooting):
$ devel-su sysctl -w kernel.yama.ptrace_scope=0
so thanks to all involved (ascii smile)
