Fastboot flashing of Jolla C2

No, there is no hybris-recovery.img. The recovery mode is not supported on the C2.

The zipped C2 image is the last item in the list of Jolla shop.
You must sign in using the same Jolla account you used to buy the phone (in your case, “wosrediinanatour”).

Can you find it?

The last entry is Sony Xperia 10 III (xqbt52)…which I never had/needed :frowning:

Is there some other possibility to start the C2 in recovery mode? I broke my phone I would like to avoid to reflash everything…

Thank you!

As already said, there is no recovery mode on C2.
The last outpost is reflash.
Logged in, I can see all the possible downloads, even the ones that I’ve never owned a phone for, so my guess is that you are not really logged in. Please try again.

What if you are second owner of C2?How to get it under your account downloads?

In my case I cannot see the C2 either and the list is only made up of devices I bought the license.

Are you sure you are looking at the exact address of https://shop.jolla.com/downloads/?

That’s right and I am logged in, this is probably similar to wosrediinanatour case.

However in the purchase history I only have a C2 voucher. This is probably because the final payment was done by a different site commerce.jolla.com. Is this the same in your case?

No, I have an entry for JollaC2 at 00.00 Euro.
You should open a ticket at Zendesk, on this matter.

Edit:
Sorry, that entry wasn’t for JC2, It was the trial version of Sailfish X. Which makes your case even more mysterious.
Zendesk it is!

The C2 image in shop.jolla.com is currently available only if you have the “free trial for supported devices”, as C2 does not have a license as such yet, and due to how the available downloads are currently handled there.

I can confirm it works, after adding "free trial for supported devices” to my account, C2 image showed up as well. Thank you!

Hello everyone.
A few days ago I had to flash my device and found I was missing 10 GB of storage, while on Android it appears as part of the operating system.

Is this normal? If so, what does it mean? If not, have I done something wrong?
