DESCRIPTION:
I have an Office 365 exchange email account which has multiple non-nested folders (around 30 of them) used to file emails by subjects. On all other phones where this account is configured (iPhone, Android, Blackberry) all the folders are shown and can be synchronised and accessed.
On Sailfish, when you swipe left to the folder display or use the menu option to move an email to a different folder from the inbox, only some of the folders are shown and can be accessed.
There seems to be nothing common to those folders that are missing, it just appears to be random ones. The missing folders have nothing special in their name (i.e. no funny characters, long length, etc - one missing folder is simply named ‘DYT’) and all folders existed prior to setting up the exchange account on the Sailfish phone. There are about 6 folders missing. Refreshing the folder list (pulley menu) makes no difference - the missing ones still don’t show up. Deleting and re-creating the account makes no difference either.
PRECONDITIONS:
See above.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Create an Exchange Account on the phone which has multiple top-level folders
- Swipe left in email to see the folder list
- Seemingly random folders are missing and cannot be accessed
EXPECTED RESULT:
All existing folders are displayed and can be synchronised/accessed
ACTUAL RESULT:
Some folders are missing
