After upgrading my Xperia 10 II to 5.0.0.73 the Duolingo app could not log in anymore (until that it had worked 1,5 years with no problems). (Also Chess app (called Checkmate) complains about play store and closes but I haven’t had real play store). I have tried several versions of microG, different settings in AAS but with no luck. MicroG settings show that Duolingo needs Device Attestation and this is OFF but I haven’t found a way to turn it on. Android forums are saying that this is a OS-related problem.
Since I thought that this is 5.0.0.73 problem, I flashed my Xperia 10 V with 5.0.0.72 and installed only the minimum things (AAS, microG, Duolingo, etc) but there is also exactly the same problem.
On both phones I tried the app called Signature Spoofing Checker (from F-droid). At first it shows disabled but then SFOS (AAS?) asks for permission to spoof signature and after giving it, the result is enabled and green. On the other hand Duolingo (and chess) isn’t asking for any permissions.
