DESCRIPTION:
Using 2 sim cards in the phone, sometimes can make it work, but most of the time for not saying allways, keep crashing one of the sim cards, where the phone canmt find out th eright network while searching automatically. When trying the cards itselves, in single sim card, both are finded with more or less problems.
I will love to know if I can do a log so you can se whats happening. Anyone can help me to do that log??
PRECONDITIONS:
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- introducing 2 cards
- one can recognice easy the network
3)the other one almost is never reaching the proper network
4)when they are in single cards, the 2 of them work ok, kind of for the one that is hard when in dual sim
EXPECTED RESULT:
that can recognize the 2 different networks of the two different sims
ACTUAL RESULT:
it doesnt recognize one the network of one sim card while trying to use dual sim card
