Found it! Activation of License on Sony Xperia 10 II Dualsim - #24 by NikitaZ

If you flashed your device and enable your account with a free licence and now have a paid licence, unfortunately it sounds the best solution is to flash your phone again. Check the above thread for further details.

I would not flash again, there shouldn’t be a difference between free and payed version. It’s all about the correct account I guess.

I think things happened the other way, the paid license came before the trial one. And it seems the paid license is AWOL from axlor’s account.

The Jolla staff has now fixed the purchase status in the shop.
