Did you use your C2 with the Bumper?

Maybe the Plug of your Headphones are to big and the Bumper prevents it to plug it completely to it, so the contacts for Audio are established but the mechanical contact for audio-rerouting isn’t pressed completely.

So the first suggestion: Remove the Bumper from the C2 and reconnect the Headphone-Plug. Be sure there is nearly no space between the outher plug-case and the C2-Body.

This sometimes (seldom) happens also on Xperia 10 / 5.0.0.68. Mostly it works as it should.
@fingus : What is a Bumper?

It was the Bumper! But i love it nonetheless and and if i think about it, this is actually a feature for me to double the good music output. Anyway thank you for your help. <3

I also had this happen recently and I’m usure if it really was the cover, as I pushed the plug in rather forcefully, while also twisting it. I’ll keep my eyes open for that one.
I’m also having issues of unreliability of transferring sound to car audio via bluetooth.

No need to be sorry. You could widen the Bumper-Hole with a small and fine fingernail-scissor to ensure the headphone-plug fits completely in. This is how i fix it always when the bumper-manufacturer drill the hole too small.

I hope its okay that i edited the title of this thread and added [fixed] to it.

Just saw this post by accident. This happens to me from time to time (C2, 5.0.0.70) and I am pretty sure, that it isn’t the bumper. Using the “Hilfsprogramme” to restart the audio system helps to solve the issue.
