You sure you got the right password?

(Seriously what else do you expect us to answer to this)

I have a Jolla C2 and it recognizes the password without any problem, but not on the new Jolla. I don’t know what to do.

But what exactly happens? Do you get an error message, or what happens on the screen that you can see? At what point are you trying to enter the pincode? Are you on the latest software update?

If all we know is “it doesn’t work”, we can’t look for a solution because then we know less than you do. That’s why the bug report template is there. Even if the questions sometimes overlap, and ‘actual result’ and ‘expected result’ are usually pretty obvious, we actually need that information to figure out what’s going wrong, where it’s going wrong, when it’s going wrong, why it’s going wrong and how we can solve the problem.

Assuming you mean PIN not password disable it on C2 and if needed reenable it on JP?

Excuse me, where is the error template? I’m sorry, I don’t know what that is; I’m not used to using the forum.

Everything is sorted now, thank you

So, simple user error?

Please explain; others will benefit.

I meant the default text that was prefilled when you created the post.

It’s not just there for fun, it is intended to encourage useful bug reports, which this one is not.
