Does SFOS support some new number schemas (Germany)?

DESCRIPTION:

The German regulatory office for telecommunications defines continuously the technical number assignments for telephone numbering.
It seems that jolla-messages -1.1.68-1.9.1.jolla does not support some new number schemas.

This discussion shows that for sure libphonenumber-8.12.33+git2-1.7.2.jolla does not support it.

Can't send SMS when number too "long"?

I noticed today the first time, that the SMS app do not want / do not allow me to send a sms to a number that is one digit longer as usual. Without the country prefix 12 instead 11 digits. The send button is deactivated and I can not type any text. A test with the manually typed in number shows that behaviour. [Provider in DE / SFOS 4.5.0.25]. Anyone seeing this? What controls this?

Current installation of SFOS 4.5.0.25 / jolla-messages -1.1.68-1.9.1.jolla / libphonenumber-8.12.33+git2-1.7.2.jolla
