Some phone lines offer “average waiting time” functionality. This is highly unreliable as it is. But to make it even that little bit reliable depends on paid workers with regular hours.
I have never seen it anywhere else, official or inofficial.
Subscribers could maybe/possibly get a better SLA for their queries, like star citizen, if you bought 10k$ of jpegs, you get a dedicated support agent and access to platinum lounge or whatever, wonder if 10k$ jolla support package would sell
Invest 10k$ into your license and you’re on fasttrack of your issues being handled?
