I wrote an email in March asking if the 12GB upgrade was necessary for batch 1 and they only replied a week ago, haha. They apologized in the email, explaining that they’re a very small team and can’t keep up with the demand.

This was posted 5 days ago, so your wait time is by no means unique, or even that long, when you factor in the new product launch and all the emails/tickets that has caused.
