I’ve got 4 mail-accounts on my phone. In the mail-app they are displayed in an arbitrary order - und when I just fire up a new mail it allways uses the first mail-address in the list as the sender-address. But this is not the sender-address I want to use by default. So the feature-request is to be able to define a default mail-address for sending mails.

You can choose your default account for sending emails in settings/apps/Email
