This is a very initial version, I’m working on renaming everything at the moment because I forgot that it has to be harbour-, it may actually be easier to just create a new project named properly 
The two orange areas are tappable and turn green when that happens, the call help area does not bring up the phone though because that would interrupt the metronome and the hope/assumption is you have someone else do this for you.
