Cover content not properly sized after end of a phone call

DESCRIPTION:

When a phone call ends and i get back to the “dashboard” - some covers always show the content not properly sized. When swiping / or opening and closing and app and i go back to the “dashboard” the content of the cover is properly sized.

PRECONDITIONS:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Open some app for the dashboard e.g “People”, “Messages”, “Phone”
  2. Perform a phone call and the end it.
  3. Look at the apps on the dashboard.

EXPECTED RESULT:

The cover content of all the apps is properly sized

ACTUAL RESULT:

The cover content of some apps are not properly sized - i am not sure if this is a problem of the app or a general problem (see screenshot) - the content of the browser seems ok, the content of the other three apps is not properly sized.

Confirmed.

I have seen this happen for ages.
I always blamed it on the “free rotation” patches I had installed, because it also happens when swiping away an app while in landscape mode.

I don’t think phone calls or the voicecall-ui app has anything to do with it directly, but it’s a way to trigger the issue.
