At least one of you questions, I can clarify a little bit perhaps (…and is not already answered by Jolla or attah).
If you buy hardware inside of EU online - you can return it without any reason within the first 14 days. Thats law. This 14days starts, as I remember correctly hopefully, when your follow-company gets the package. So if you choose a company to send it from EU to you, that can promise you to send the package back within this 14 days there will be no problem. If this company cant promise it to you, than Jolla won’t promise any individual solution for you beforehand or even cut your risk.
