I was sure this would come up. I would definitely more like the in-system containerized solution (pi-hole) or whatever you would come up with. But I do not see it coming soon™ (sorry 
), and I do understand why.
That was my intention to ask for allowance of Defender as an exceptional case for Harbour.
Or just create side-loading or installer apps in Harbour for the two community stores:

- openrepos , with big warning (as just rpm)
