Hi guys! anyone knows how to change the unlocked bootloader warning message that appears on the phone’s screen when it boots up ?

Simple answer: no.

Only Jolla could do this (with allowance of Sony).

Indeed. The unlock warning is part of the very low-level boot routines that get executed in the early boot stage and which cannot be patched without re-calculating the boot certificate, an operation possible only with Sony keys.
