Automatic payment collection for October batch takes place September 20. The same payment method willl be used that was used for down payment.

Does it mean that @Jolla Store automatically bill my credit card using already utilized credit card information without me having to do anything or? Also, September 20 is a Sunday which mean that the money will not be billed before 21st of September - e.g. after the deadline for when the final payment is due. How will this fit into the Jolla Store final payment info to obtain the device to the old price level vs a new higher price due to RAM prices going up?
It would be munch more easy for all parties if @Jolla provide all payment related information on the pre-order Invoice so people know what to expect in terms of how and when payment is supposed to take place. Tugging this information behind a Community Web Site is not ideal as it tend to be buried as a steady flow of posts hit the Web Site. The art of the deal always should be transparent and easy to understand. I think @Jolla should step up and learn from this experience going forward. Further, not responding to customer contact is very unprofessional and not worthy of a Northern Europe Finish company. They can do better.

They automatically charged my card when it was due according to the info I got from commerce.jolla.com.
Edit: I am also in the oktober batch but my full payment was done on 1 september.

Ordered the phone 31. august, and final payment due 20.sept.
Realy excited about JP2, and just want to “seal the deal” . Now I realy not shure if i loose mine place in the line and have to start over again, cause the store says overdue

Same here. I ordered mine 7th of August. and in the receipt it says Total payment due 15th of sept 2026.
But i havent received anything. No information and my credit card has not been charged other than the initial 99 euros. And i cannot find any way to pay the total myself either.
Is there a delay with the sept 15th payments aswell? I really hope i dont have to pay more now because of stuff that is outside of what i control. As far as im aware there wasnt even an option to pay it fully right away..
Jolla will do the final payment using the same payment method used for the pre-order payment. If you used a credit card for the pre-order the same card info will be used by Jolla to complete the full order down payment and you will get an email confirming the total order - just as long as you don’t cancel your order before the final payment has been completed. Just wait for Jolla to inform you the payment has been completed.

Yeah thats what im waiting for. but its nearing the end of the 20th of sept.
But im hoping they soon charge it

Was a bit to impatient, the payment was collected from my PayPal automatic, at 17pm to day 
Now it’s best, just to forget all about it and be surprised when it has arrived

It is Sunday, so the banks might not process the automated credit card payments until tomorrow.
Hi, I’ve ordered a Jolla Phone (Sep-II 2026) 8/128GB. I have the opportunity to come in Helsinki for my job the week of 5 October. Is there any means to get my Jolla Phone from a Jolla Office or a Jolla shop ? By the way, meet the Jolla team would be amazing
