Case Solved. Issues with network operator TDC on Early Access upgrade

Case solved :blush:

There were some issues with TDC and data in my area.

I went to another area in the rainy weather and here I could see that I got 4G/5G again. Luckily, I was inside a car.

What is the chance that TDC will get issue with the data in my area, at the same time I did do the SFOS update. Sorry for wasting your time and mine. I was working with mails to the press and will later send mail to where it needed about googles new policy concerning app to android phones and here I will mention to support European OS like Sailfish.

Please do not update, I have only 2.5G or nono connection on both my phones.

Why two threads? Is there any difference to the other thread? Btw, on my Xperia 10 downloading the update 3 times stucked and I had to abort. What luck I had!

Iā€™m glad to hear that and for Jolla a good response, but for those who have my issue that is a no-go.

I think upgrade/version specific issues are better monitored in the announcement thread itself.

As a personal preference, I would avoid ā€œdo not upgradeā€ titles/ā€œincentivesā€ as a mere user. Your bad experience, which I feel for as I had my share in past iterations, is not entitling for splashes like that. Not to say weā€™re about a EA : whoever opted in for EAs should install and report back unless told the opposite by Jolla.
