Can't unlock phone after choosing _ in security PIN

REPRODUCIBILITY:
OS VERSION: 5.2
HARDWARE: Jolla Phone (2026)
UI LANGUAGE: English (UK)
REGRESSION: -

DESCRIPTION:

Keyboard setting security Pin is other than the one after restart. I.e. If your security pin contains certain characters you can’t login.

PRECONDITIONS:

Select special character from second special character site (e.g. _ $)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Set pin with special character

  2. reboot

  3. cant login because keyboard doesn’t have these characters

EXPECTED RESULT:

Either the keyboard should show these characters or you shouldn’t be able to set them in the first place

ACTUAL RESULT:

you are logged out and the only way to get back in is resetting the phone through recovery mode

Off topic but this reminds me the time when user was able to set up a password with emoji on macOS while the lock screen would not allow emoji keyboard.
