Can't make any calls

UI LANGUAGE: English
REGRESSION: (compared to previous public release: Yes, No, ?): Yes

DESCRIPTION:

I can receive calls but cannot dial any numbers…

PRECONDITIONS:

Swiss SIM (Salt) + fresh SFOS 4.2 on X 10 II

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. open dialler
  2. type a number or select a contact
  3. app will freeze for a second but won’t start a call

EXPECTED RESULT:

Call is started

ACTUAL RESULT:

No call is started

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

From the log: seems that some setting is missing?

I have this problem too. XA2 4.3
Plus the no audio during calls problem.
The number of bugs is crazy… :frowning:

This happened today on my XA2 with 4.3.0.12, or at least i noticed it for the first time. Rebooted and i could make a call.

I think Utilities → Restart home screen helps too.

I don’t think that would help. I believe restarting network subsystem could do the trick or maybe restarting ofono service from CLI. I just hope this doesn’t happen again.

Strange. Just did a new install on a Vollax and I have the same thing. I can, however, send an sms. I have a feeling that this has to do with the android bits. I’m going to try a reflash.
