Can't call/Audio not working

REPRODUCIBILITY: permanently
BUILD ID: Sailfish OS 3.3.0.16 (Rokua)
HARDWARE: Xperia 10, dual SIM
UI LANGUAGE: English (US)
REGRESSION: No

DESCRIPTION:

When trying to place a call it won’t be initiated. Audio is not played: no alarms, no media.

PRECONDITIONS:

Issue appeared after OS crashed, after ending a WhatsApp call and starting a normal call.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. not clear

EXPECTED RESULT:

Being able to place and receive calls. Having audio working.

ACTUAL RESULT:

No ability to place or receive calls. No audio in general.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Reboot doesn’t help.
Running pkcon install pulseaudio and then reboot the phone doesn’t help.
