Cannot download an app from APK Pure Xperia 10 III

Xperia 10 III 4.4.0.72

I tried to download a couple of apps from the APK Pure website using the built in browser.

I get an error message that the browser doesn’t understand the link. “The address wan’t understood”

One of the apps was Nura and the other was Kiwi Browser.

So does no APK download or is it just some of them that are failing?

Can you show the exact URL which isn’t understood? Maybe it is trying to open an APKPure-internal link which is meant for the APKPure App?

Yes strange, for me too. I would use this link nura - APK Download for Android | Aptoide

Link image and the Green bar on the APK page where it says “Download”

I feel certain I could download apps like this before, but maybe I am in error. I don’t use the APK app because it chews CPU constantly even when not active.

This link looks totally fine, I’m running out of ideas what could be the problem here. So this issue only happens with APKPure, right? From other sites, say fdroid.org for example, you can still download .apk-files? So this is not issue with the file format .apk itself?

Try using another browser, like the one in OpenRepos, or using directly a browser on android

I suggest you do open the download link in a new tab and it will start.
