Camera shutter only working once per applaunch

REGRESSION:

DESCRIPTION: very often the camera shutter doesn’t work after the first time i took a picture with the stock camera app or advanced camera.

PRECONDITIONS:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. launch stock camera or advanced camera app
2. take a picture
3. take another picture

EXPECTED RESULT: camera shutter working permanently.

I can’t reproduce this. How is it different from the focus issues?

Can’t reproduce on XIII, only doesn’t take photo when the focus circle is white, but as mentioned above that’s not shutter issue
