Camera just closing without any notifications, if no free space

DESCRIPTION:

Camera can’t make notification about “no free space”. And all phone too. It’s hard to understand, why I can’t install/update program, use programs, use camera if no free disk space.

PRECONDITIONS:

Nobody say about no free space on phone, but all works wrong.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Make no free space on the device.
  2. Profit! Camera juct closed at trying record without explanations.

EXPECTED RESULT:

Any notification intead of just closing.

ACTUAL RESULT:

Just closing without any notifications.

Confirming.
Filled up until last bit.
Camera’s button becomes slightly coluored but doesn’t take a pic. Says nothing.
Trying to add a contact in People in these conditions brings an empty screen with a spinner spinning forever.
So, yes, phone isn’t saying anything about missing free space.
I remember having reflashed just because I didn’t think of checking free space and had no notfications.
