Im gonna buy a jolla mind 2. There is an offer on ebay. He is offering a jolla mind community version. But i can also buy a new one. Is there a difference in specs etc withe the new one and the one on ebay? I dont know if it has venho and if not can i install it? Can someone help me out?

Not seen any new version announced, I would expect the difference from community early access is only that it would be a general availability of it. And that the subscription discussions will start again with the announced reboot in October, if it is not postponed again.
Either way it is a good device, mine has been running 24/7 since I received it, so buy the one most suitable for your perspective. Warranty might be a factor to consider for you if you start to use a potentially close to two year old device (did not read advert).
