It’s up again, login is possible. Haven’t tried to actually build anything.
I wonder: your first screenshot suggests that https://build.sailfishos.org/ is NOT down, since it was able to generate that message.
Yes. Up again. And building fine.
Seems like downforeveryoneorjustme is reporting always “down” 
And other similar services too.
I’m guessing https://build.sailfishos.org/ protects itself against this type of probing.
