BT sound/mic cuts of after few secons on the call. (C2)

DESCRIPTION:

Using Sony Linkbud S BT headset, placing a call starts with no problem. Ring tone is audable on headset, when phone-call starts call is ok. I can hear person talking on the line, and he/she can hear me. After about 5-10s on the call the speaker and mic goes off. Sometimes selecting BT off on the call do not bring the sound back to the phone ear speaker or loud speker. Sometimes it does. With one test I made my mic seemed working (other person can hear me) but I could not hear anything. Ran two test calls.

PRECONDITIONS:

BT headset paired.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Enable BT headset

  2. Place a call

EXPECTED RESULT:

Headset continue to work as expected.

ACTUAL RESULT:

  • on both tests sound from the phoneline goes off
  • Frist test my speak cannot be heard on the other end, second test mic worked
  • First test: returning back to phone mic/speaker did not work (no sound neither way), second test returning to phone mic/speaker worked.

BT headset is otherwise workin w/o issues. can listen to music all day long.

I have the problem with my car-bluetooth, too, and also since 5.0, but it lasts longer than a few seconds till the connection breaks.

Note: Issue is not present on J2 (Jolla 2026) w/ SFOS 5.2.0.13
