any ideas about special about? maybe I need post some logs? idk, what needed
Does the headset still work for media when the mic isn’t operating as expected for calls? I ask because I’m seeing an issue somewhat similar with my car where the HFP profile drops so calls go thru the handset but the A2DP seems to still be active.
Maybe you find something useful here for investigation?
headset as audio output work correct, but i doesn’t try it more than few minutes
Maybe it’s the same cause that makes the microphone in my car’s hands free system (VW) not working anymore?
Xperia 10 II, Android 12, SFOS 4.5.0.18.
i think ur car’s hands free recognized as bluetooth headset (w/ small profiles differences), but this is similar bugs

The Bluetooth mic isn’t switching on the your Sailfish OS device despite removing patches. They’ve tried troubleshooting but might need to reach out for support. However, you can check your mic in the Check Mic Online - Microphone Test online tool so that you can make sure your device is okay

I think it’s a good tool and I am using it since 2 months and i didn’t find any issue. The only thing is it’s new website.
i’m use default recorder and second phone (make call and test)
I think, this is most correct way, instead some web site
