Not been ever tested before 5.1.0.xx.
Tested BT devices are JBL Charge2+ and Valco VMK25.
Both paired as headsets.
DESCRIPTION:
No media sound on Bluetooth headset,
call sound is OK on BT headset.
PRECONDITIONS:
Bluetooth ON in settings - not starting but blinking.
Power Off - Power ON - Bluetooth headset is paired and connected.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Start i.e. Media app - Artist - Album - play
- Use Audio Output application
- select Output to bluetooth sco
or - select Output sco headset
- Use Audio Output application
- select Output to speaker
EXPECTED RESULT:
Media sound routes to BT headset and speaker as set.
ACTUAL RESULT:
Total silence, but phone calls can be heard on BT Headset
with same settings though not sure, if it was with
‘Output to bluetooth sco’ or was it ‘Output sco headset’.
Then in Audio Output application - select Output to speaker
and sound routed to speaker OK immediately.
AllRadio2 and native Tidal Player applications give same results.
AppSupport Bluetooth not tested with any Android applications.
Edit: Jolla2 with SFOS 5.2.0.13 has got working BT connection to Valco VMK25
and Bowers&Wilkins Pi7 plugs with native Tidal Player and Media.
In calls and AAS applications still are some problems at least with B&WPi7.
