DESCRIPTION:
During the voicecall bluetooth output is not active. InCall screen of voicecall-ui does not show the hands-free icon and the voice is played through earpiece or speaker only.
PRECONDITIONS:
Paired with bluetooth enabled hands free accessory or bluetooth car system.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Pair with bluetooth hands-free accessory
- Start the call
- Voice is played through the earpiece, no ability to switch to bluetooth output
EXPECTED RESULT:
Voicecall-ui shows the hands-free icon and it is possible to route audio input/output to bluetooth device.
ACTUAL RESULT:
Input and output from bluetooth hands-free accessory is not active during voicecall.
MODIFICATIONS:
None, purely flashed system.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Accessories used were double checked with xperia 10 II 4.4.0.72 and resulted in expected operation.
EDIT:
Comparing outputs of voicecall-ui on the gemini and 10 II when paired with bluetooth device, on the gemini there is one extra line:
[W] unknown:0 - Cannot open /dev/rfkill for reading!
and in fact /dev/rfkill device is missing on the gemini while on the xperia this device exists and is owned by bluetooth user:
