XA2 and 10 III: installs and runs, without account content can be browsed, with account (Google login doesnāt work) The Voice belgique plays, a lot of content is not viewable outside Belgium (creating an account asks for zip code and country and Finns are generally honest).
So check your microG settings.

Xperia 10 III since August '25 - I appreciate over the XA2 that it keeps more apps in memory and is more responsive
Deutsche Telekom (roaming) - which got me 5G in urban areas. But I had to reboot the phone 1-2x a day, when mobile data was just gone and the Network utility in Settings didnāt fix it.
SNCB, Villo and De Lijn: the sign-in worked because I had an Android Firefox installed, set to open external links in the app
the Dutch-speaking region around Brussels and Gent - although I spoke English
Disabling IPv6 on WWAN has helped me there on the 10IV.

@Ahtisilli. I havenāt installed microg. But thatās beside the point. Iām a Belgian taxpayer and canāt watch āmyā public broadcaster on the devices of my choice. I also own a FireTV Cube, same problem. I just donāt get it. Iām very often in Germany and Austria. Their public broadcasters work flawlessly on almost any device.

auvio.rtbf.be seems fine with Angelfish from piggz (native enough?) and Firefox Beta on the 10 III.

I know that some of the streams work in Angelfish. But the shows Iām interested in (cycling, F1, football,ā¦) are DRM protected and wonāt work. I had the same problem on postmarketOS using native firefox. Iāve been battling this problem for months. I even tried running firefox in an arch container with a widevine patch to no avail. So yes, Iām complaining, but not for the sake of complaining. RTBF have by their own admission recently focused on the main platforms: iOS and Android. It used to run fine on my FireTV until they decided to force play servicesā¦

To my fellow Belgian tax payers: I managed to sign my tax declaration using itsme with the QR code from taxonweb. I was surprised that scanning the code worked straight away because this wouldnāt work on my backup Pixel6a with GrapheneOS. Anyway, a working itsme means another reason to use the pixel even less than once a month or soā¦

Itsme has been doing that to me since an update 4 months ago.
I am still on XZ2c with waydroid though. I was hoping it would work again on the J2.

Yep, using the default install of J2. I guess Iāll keep my Xperia 10 IV around for Itsme then, for now, because I have it configured working over there. Sad. Hope Iāll find some time to poke the right people and gather the correct logs.
Now that the first deliveries are pouring in, we should probably start thinking about an actual meetup!
Same problem with itsme after entering an email addressā¦ The old itsme version on my 10III will stop working on the 14th. Bugger!
Did anyone get MyGov to work?
No, I asked them and they block access because they detect Sailfish devices as rooted. Not sure how to solve it.
I just read this, tried it on my C2 which had an older version of My Gov installed, 1.7-something, and miraculously it did indeed work. But then I updated it to the most recent version of 1.9.2, and it gave me the same error as on the Jolla Phone 2026. So it looks like they changed something important in between those two versions.
Looks like Mynexuzhealth has a similar problem. When you install the latest version, and youāve never logged in before, it shows an error message saying āUw toestel is niet conform. (code 4)ā and crashes immediately afterwards. I looked up the error, but could only find ācode 2ā on their site, which is apparently linked to them using Google SafetyNet. But I remembered I recently had Mynexuzhealth working on the Xperia 10 II, so I installed the previous version (use āManual installationā in the Aurora Store) and was able to register. However, it still locks up after entering my pin code. On the other hand, I updated it to the latest version again, and the ācode 4ā error message has disappeared. But I still canāt log in.
Edit: Turns out this is because, and you wonāt believe it, they dropped support for Android 15, despite being used by about 15-20% of all Android users, and not even being two years old yet.
