Thanks! I did not really want Stellarium, here I was just checking random Apps to see if I could download any. 
I have some times the same problem with Aurora store, I use also Aptoide, which does not have this problem.

i did have this issue and solved it by going to the cog on the top right → spoof manager and selecting a different device. I used the pixel 7a since that matches the JP arch (not sure if relevant)
On my J2 Aurora stopped. Deleted it, installed the Sailfish app, but again no working Aurora. Deleted it and installed the FDroid app. Gave permission to the non-optional features only. This app works.
Replace not working one with Aurora store from f-droid. I did it and it works, hence I liked more old ones design and logic

I was able to install 10 of 18 updates half an hour ago. There still seems to be some server overload (again).

I read the developer’s post! I just wanted to share my experience with the Aurora Store. If that’s not okay, then I apologize, and if it’s bothering anyone, I’ll delete my post.

Aptoide used to be offered as an app marketplace through the Jolla Store. App downloads come from an external server, as such cannot be limited by Google. And if you update apps, you can be sure that they only install, if the app signature matches the previous (Aurora Store) version.
I also got Aurora Store 4.8.4 working by setting it to spoof Galaxy S25 Ultra, which has the same arm64-v8a architecture as the Jolla Phone (2026). Apparently Google has begun rejecting downloads for the Jolla Phone.
Make sure you are using the latest version of the Aurora store. I got that permanently until I updated it from F-Droid. Since the it’s been 100% fine.

I don’t know why everyone is complaining about Aurora Store not working, when they can fix it by just using a (throw away) Google account to fix it. The developers even confirmed the anonymous account is the problem.
Just make sure to not register the Google account using any details associated with your main Google accounts (email, phone number, etc), because Google is known to ban all associated accounts when they ban one. (I can’t guarantee that will work, but I am dumping Google anyway, so wouldn’t be a big problem for me.)

For me the updating the store to 4.8.4 helped. Before that I could not login with my account and got AAS token and other error messages. After update that was possible. I did not test anonymous app loadings. When logged I could install an app. I did not test other tricks like changing device name yet.
I resolved my problems by going to ‘Settings>Account settings> … > Refresh all accounts’
I also changed my Spoof settings to S25, which I did earlier, but which, alone, didn’t fix my issues.
So depending on what you’ve tried already, I would try the refresh all accounts first. And then the Spoof Settings change.
I resolved my problem by just waiting it out. Didn’t do anything in my end and tadaa, it started to work. Just like the Aurora guys said…
That’s another way you can do it. But in my case, I went from not working at all for almost a week to working just like before in one settings refresh. So I thought it was worth reporting.

For sure, I had also tried that before, but didn’t work. Currently it is a little bit matter of luck whether it works or not. But still, always good that people report different things, might work for some in that situation, which might be critical
I got like one download a day, this with an official android credential set. Tried fooling the device, and the download started right away. I mean, seriously? Why would Google bother to limit Jolla..takes more effort to do so than what you gain from it..
It’s not limiting Jolla. Look up for explanation.
