[AppSupport] Whatsapp outgoing videocall volume much lower than incoming calls

OS VERSION: 4.5/4.6
HARDWARE: Xperia 10II
UI LANGUAGE: English
REGRESSION:

DESCRIPTION:

When I (video) call someone on whatsapp on speaker I can barely hear them (and I maximize the volume on my phone), when they call me instead volume is fine.

PRECONDITIONS:

Whatsapp

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Videocall someone
  2. Have them videocall you

EXPECTED RESULT:

Speaker volume should be the same on both (and preferably at the level of the incoming call).

ACTUAL RESULT:

Outgoing calls have very low speaker volume, incoming calls have OK volume.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

This is on speaker, on a bluetooth headset it’s fine.

I have the same problem with 4.5/4.6 Version on XA2.

Hi i think its all Android app wich crashed.
The problem I think its from the the api Android ApSupport wich stop and restart any way you run an Android app

I don’t know if this is relevant, but my phone is on silent most of the time, I’ll try to put it not on silent later to see if it is any different.
