When I (video) call someone on whatsapp on speaker I can barely hear them (and I maximize the volume on my phone), when they call me instead volume is fine.
PRECONDITIONS:
Whatsapp
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Videocall someone
Have them videocall you
EXPECTED RESULT:
Speaker volume should be the same on both (and preferably at the level of the incoming call).
ACTUAL RESULT:
Outgoing calls have very low speaker volume, incoming calls have OK volume.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This is on speaker, on a bluetooth headset it’s fine.
Hi i think its all Android app wich crashed.
The problem I think its from the the api Android ApSupport wich stop and restart any way you run an Android app
The problem seems to be that outgoing calls only let the sound come from the top speaker (like in a normal phone call), whereas incoming calls let the sound come from the much more powerful bottom speaker.
