DESCRIPTION:

AppSupport doesn’t connect to network/wifi when VPN is enabled.

PRECONDITIONS:

Update to 4.6.0.11 or 4.6.0.12
Disabled AppSupport and new WLAN network or a phone rebooted.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Connect to WLAN
  2. Connect to any VPN
  3. Start AppSupport

EXPECTED RESULT:

AppSupport connects to network while on VPN

ACTUAL RESULT:

AppSupport doesn’t connect unless VPN is disabled.
