Application has Status PUBLISHED, but Locked in QA

Good day!
Application Молитвослов (Prayer Book) (package name harbour-molitvoslov) last published version 5.2.5 in Dashboard has Status PUBLISHED, but Locked in QA.

Hi, your application state has now been fixed.

We are still investigating why the applications are sometimes left in locked state after the reviewer accepts or rejects them.

Forgot to note here, but the issue has been fixed some time ago and this shouldn’t happen anymore.
