Is it just me, or submenus for some android apps are not functional?

On video I’m showing ReVanced and Open Camera settings as an example.
Didn’t have it before on SFOS 4.4… What could be the reason?
Having the same issue with Android Syncthing. The settings submenu doesn’t render. It does appear like I can change settings but that’s pretty much impossible to do so if you can’t see them
As teleshoes mentioned here you can make it briefly update by rotating screen a few times so you can visually memorize where you need to tap. It’s not ideal but it works.
