Hi I lost my phone XA2 Ultra (h4213) and y buy a used XA2 Ultra (h3213) I install a Sailfish OS 4.2.0.21 fresh new installation in the (h3213) after that i cant see android app support in tha jolla store How i can get tha android app support maybe i need a new license?

The license is tied to the IMEI of the lost device. You have to contact https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

It is very sad to contact the support and get an E-Mail with “We are closed from July 17th until July 25th, 2021.” I understand, that developers need an income. But that doesn’t look anymore like something that is maintened anymore.

Summer is really short in Finland. Many small companies close for a few weeks to get everyone at least a short vacation during warm time.
I know it is impossible to understand by folk living in warm countries.

To be honest, I didn’t thought about that. I would love to live up there.
But yes, my point is, that this message is from 2021
