REPRODUCIBILITY: Persistent, 100% reproducible
OS VERSION: 4.6.0.15 (Sauna)
HARDWARE: Sony Xperia 10 II
UI LANGUAGE: German
REGRESSION: Did occur for first time with 4.6.0.13 also
DESCRIPTION:
After opening and normal startup of any Android App on my phone, they crash directly by the first interactions with it, when trying to use them.
PRECONDITIONS:
Latest App Support available with Android version 11, API level 30 and security patch 05/12/2023.
Installed App version from Jolla Store is 1.8.0.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Start Android App Support on bootup, or manually.
- Open any Android App installed on the phone.
- Startup of any Android App and runnig in background went smooth.
- Every Android App crashes instantly, when trying to interact/use it.
- App Support restarts by itself, after every crash.
EXPECTED RESULT:
Keep App Support running stable also when used, not just in background, like it was under SFOS 4.5.x.x, before upgrading to 4.6.x.x.
ACTUAL RESULT:
Every Android App, in my case WhatsApp & Android Settings, crashes constantly when using them.
App Support restarts by itself, after every crash.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Removing App Support the clean way, as linked in these instructions Removing Android AppSupport | Sailfish OS Documentation and reinstalling it, worked as it shoud. But unfortunately it didn’t helped.
I try to avoid removing it the brutal way, since now.
