One of my android apps (a banking app) is asking for a browser update (options given: Firefox, Opera, Chrome or Edge) and won’t run until I do so. Seemingly for security reasons. The thing is that it doesn’t recognize the installed android browser. I tried with Firefox, Opera and Chrome. I have microg and the Aurora store installed, so all of them are running properly.
It seems that the banking app is only able to only see the Jolla native browser (Gecko ESR 60) and complains because of the old version.
Do you have an idea how to make the android browsers visible to the banking app? Or maybe trick the app into accepting it?
Setting a standard browser in the android settings doesn’t help.
System: Xperia 10, Sailfish 4.0.1.48
