Hello, I’ve been trying to load new watch faces onto my GTS for a few days now, but I’m doing something wrong. I use the “Install File” menu item and select a watch face file with the .bin extension. Amazfish then reports that the file is in the wrong format. Does anyone know how to do this? I wrote in the change log, that its possible also with the sailfish app. Maybe I have to rename the file to a special name? I don’t have the Android phone I used to use to do this with the Zepp app anymore. Thanks in advance.
I could solve this with the new AAS BT Support on a SFOS device and the Android App Zepp.
Unfortunately, I destroyed my previous access key while connecting the GTS to Zepp, and subsequently couldn’t pair the watch with Amazfit. After extensive research, here’s how to extract the BT key from the Zepp database without having to uninstall Zepp:
-
install sqlite:
[root@Xperia10-DualSIM defaultuser]# pkcon install sqlite
-
copy the database file to a defaultuser folder:
/data/data/com.huami.watch.hmwatchmanager/databases/origin_db_f8213fa96e5887c3968189417235db46
to
/home/defaultuser/Downloads/origin_db_f8213fa96e5887c3968189417235db46
The long number is the device number and this number is pnly by me the right. -
Extrackt the BT key:
[root@Xperia10-DualSIM defaultuser]# sqlite3 /home/defaultuser/Downloads/origin_db_f8213fa96e5887c3968189417235db46 "select AUTHKEY from DEVICE"
Enter and you get the key (here only my key)

Custome watch faces you can upload if you copy the last offical file name in the Zepp app folder /home/android_storage/Android/data/com.humi.watch.hmwatchmanager/files and replace this with your customize file. Than you choose the same watchface in Zepp and upload it to the watch again. Of course the preview picture is the false…
