Allow to always expand incoming SMS content on lock screen

We need a setting (even hidden in some .ini file) to always expand incoming SMS content on lock screen.
It’s exhausting to almost always tap on expand button.

That’s a bad idea. When phone laying on table or somewhere, another person can read whole message.

That is already the case for the beginning of the message. But you can block notifications when the device is locked.

That’s why I propose a toggle/setting. User decides.
