There is, use: The Official Jolla Blog - Sailfish OS Forum.
Explanation on how it works can be found here at the discourse meta forum basically works on any category just append .rss after an id.

Hello,
I don’t know if I’m in the right place for this topic but I have a question. Yesterday I bought the Jolla phone and of course payed the first part. Only problem is I should pay the remaining part before tomorrow 20 september because that is when the batch closes (at least that is whats written on my order information in the store). But I Haven’t received any email yet to complete the transaction. I’ve sent already en email but I guess you have tons of emails to reply so I guess I won’t receive any reply before the end of today. So I tought maybe I can get in touch with you from here and ask how I shoult procede.
