[AAS] : Conversations app -> Need an Extra app to have sound with incoming videocall

REPRODUCIBILITY: AT EACH INCOMING VIDEO CALL
OS VERSION: SAILFISHOS 5.1.0.11 with AAS version 13 and API 33
HARDWARE: SONY XPERIA 10 III, SONY XPERIA 10 II, SONY XPERIA 10 IV
UI LANGUAGE: French
REGRESSION: I’m suppose, it’s not

APP ANDROID : CONVERSATIONS and CHEOGRAM

DESCRIPTION:

When i receive an incoming video call on my XMPP client from another XMPP client, the notification is received with vibration from my phone, but my phone produce no sound

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

You need to have 2 XMPP client as conversation or cheogram

  1. First XMPP client ask video call to a contact to the second XMPP client

  2. Check if the screen wake up, vibration and produce a ring/sound on the second phone.

EXPECTED RESULT:

Vibration and produce a ring/sound on the second phone.

ACTUAL RESULT:

No sound produced on the xmpp client which received video call, and missed the video call.

MODIFICATIONS:

I have not enough skills to propose update/upgrade, sorry

I wish people would use the Android category for problems with Android apps.

After all SfOS is its own operating system, and this is not an SfOS bug.

Is difficult to say.
Just from that fact, it is android app, point of view, you are right.
But what if?
If the same app with same version number run very stable on 3 my android devices, but not on SFOS?
