Write GitHub - styluslabs/Write: Cross-platform app with unique features for editing and organizing handwritten notes is written in SDL meaning it can run on sfos with least amount of resistnace/modification as sfos supports SDL, so I might just try that

maybe KleverNote is an option, it is Kirigami app and might be doable with Qt 5.15
well sfos doesn’t have qt5.15

I finally found time to proceed unlocking …and succeeded.

Now it’s time to get Android 14. I recon that ota update to 14 is not present, so I’ll use xiaomi flash tool https://xiaomiflashtool.com/ …the one you kindly linked. (Many thanks for that…I did’nt came across this tool by myself.)
On Xiaomi Pad 6 Stock ROM Firmware (Fastboot Flash File) there’s a long list of roms like e.g. “Xiaomi_Pad_6_V14.0.7.0.TMZEUXM_20230904.0000.00_EEA_13_XFT.zip”
(this example should be the one currently installed, I’d say by version number).
Now I did look for a new one with “…_14_XFT.zip” what should be Android 14 !?! All of the supposedly Android 14 roms seem to be like “Xiaomi_Pad_6_OS1…” or OS2… what indicates HyperOS, right? For some reason I thougt, HyperOS as base would be trouble. But there is no MIUI 14 rom with Android 14.
Would it be ok to flash one of those, like e.g. “Xiaomi_Pad_6_OS1.0.14.0.UMZEUXM_20250117.0000.00_EEA_14_XFT.zip”
miui is android 13 and android 14 has hyperos 1.0 AND hyperos 2.0, the latter being pain in the ass to unlock bootloader on, you want hyperos 1.0 latest

Android 14 download took a while. I flashed it successfully.
Now I’m stuck here…
eded up in HyperOS Recovery with rather no good idea, how to proceed …reboot get’s me back to this recovery screen.
“Wipe Data” to get out of here and start over? What do you think?

How about cooperating with these guys and offerring a preinstalled SFOS Tablet. Your tablet is not a Pinetab, but as the Xiaomi Tablet
wouldn’t have to be imported but just to be unlocked and flashed, this could be quite interesting from a commercial side. By the way the guys are polish too
